Today marks one year since my major phase reconstructive surgery. It’s hard to believe the year has flown by so quickly. I thank God everyday that He led me to not only the best plastic surgeon but to also the most loving, caring, and compassionate staff. From receptionist, to nurses, and esthetician – I couldn’t leave you out Tammy, I love you all. I so vividly remember my first visit and how awkward I felt, but all of you made me feel so comfortable, and then Dr. Jones put me back together again. What he did for me was amazing and at time when I catch a glance of myself in the mirror, I am still in awe of what I see. I know reconstruction my not be the answer for everyone, but it was the best decision I ever made. I knew from the moment I was diagnosed with breast cancer that God would lead me in the right direction and that He did! All of you are truly a credit to your profession.
